Join us on the gorgeous island of Cozumel (Mexico), surrounded by the world famous turquoise blue Caribbean Sea, for a first-class retreat experience. Let yourself be steeped in Dances of Universal Peace, Kirtan, Zikr, meditation, ecstatic dance, spiritual discussions, rest & rejuvenation, and unique and profound creative experiences.

Come dance on the luxurious covered rooftop of Hotel B Unique high above the Mexican Riviera on a small tropical island near Cancun. There will be opportunities to swim, snorkel and relax amidst a majestic, colorful coral reef.

We will have the wonderful opportunity to take breaks from sacred dancing to dive directly into the Mesoamerican Reef (second only in size to the Great Barrier Reef) which is a hidden gem filled with bountiful tropical fish. Jump directly into Cozumel’s deep, warm waters and swim with hundreds of radiant fish.

This retreat experience will be woven in with the alluring cultural extravaganza of Dia de Muertos (Day of the Dead), providing participants an unparalleled opportunity to participate alongside the local/Mayan community in this more than 3-day-long celebration, which unites both sides of life and death as the veils are lifted.

This experience will be a deep dive into the union of both the Sufi and Mayan/Mexican wisdom streams; resulting in a direct experience of honoring our ancestors (and those who have gone before) as living family. “Walking the Ancestors” from the Cozumel cemetery to the world of the living on Dia de Muertos will be a life changing experience!

Experienced Dance Leaders and musicians will have an opportunity to share their gifts as part of the retreat.

Program Price:

$765 Early Bird fully paid by JULY 1 ;   Regular $850/person for 7 days of activities.  Payments can be made by check, Venmo, bank transfer or credit card.  A US $400 deposit secures your place. The remaining balance for the Regular ticket program is due by August 25th, 2025.

Location:  Hotel B Unique is a modern fusion of nature and design, of comfort and authenticity. Our hotel in Cozumel is an opportunity to take an inner journey and find what makes each person unique.

Accommodations, food, and airfare are additional and arranged directly with the Hotel (click the button for details) at additional cost.  Food and lodging choices range from around $1200 per person to $1700 for a private room with a gracious 3 course meal plan.  Refunds from the hotel will be in accordance with their policies.
