Dances of Universal Peace ​

Dances of Universal Peace (DUP) are moving and musical spiritual practices that can ground us in our bodies, connect us with each other, and attune us to wisdom streams. Hundreds of dance communities ‘circle up’ regularly around the world. You can find numerous videos of dancers in action on YouTube. 

In addition to offerings with the Community for Interfaith Celebration (see resources), dance circles occur monthly at the Center for Spiritual Living on the 3rd Sunday of the month. RSVP to find out more, or just show up and dance!
